    Our traditional work model leaves us working for others eight hours a day and helping others to build their wealth. Helping others is a noble endeavor, but does little to help us reach our financial goals.  The Alliance Team encourages each of us to leverage our day with others, as a team.  Then in addition to your hours spent working, you will see how your business grows when hours are multiplied times the number of people working.  For instance if you put in 8 hours and a team member puts in 8 hours, you benefit from 16 hours of work, not just the 8 hours you worked yourself.
    The Alliance Team goal is to build one unit per month and then to watch your business and financial security increase.  Building a unit per month is considered to be a minimum effort and many will find themselves seeing three or four units added to their business each month.  A Unit is the customer base that Reps personally sponsor and manage, consisting of their Personal Volume and the volume of their Retail Customers, and Retail Members.
